In our Reiki session, we perceive your energy as a whole and create a space in which you can deeply relax and regenerate. Through the gentle laying on of hands, universal life energy flows to exactly where you need it.
The treatment takes place in a calm and protected environment that allows you to let go and calm down. A short preliminary talk helps us to get in the mood for the session and gives you the opportunity to clarify any unanswered questions. After the session, we will reflect together on your experience and discuss how you can further integrate the energies of the Reiki session into your everyday life to support its long-term effects.
